The Cottage
Nestled
along Carolina Gulch, this prairie Victorian features a large
wrap-around porch with bent willow furniture, an antique outdoor bed,
and a brick outdoor fireplace. Sit on the porch and visit with your friends
and family while the kid's play croquet on the cottage lawn.
Remodeled
5 years ago, this house was first started in the late 1920's, and completed
in the 1940's. After being used for about 13 years, the house was abandoned
and sat empty for close to 50 years.

Sit and look out over the Arkansas River Valley from the main living
room of the cottage. This room features a beautiful antique wood
stove and lots of windows. A TV with VCR for movie viewing is also
provided. |

Room: A formal dining room is the center of the cottage
with all other rooms off of this room. Dining for 8 under the beautiful
antique chandelier. |

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with Thermadore cook top, Viking Stove, dishes, flatware
and cookware. This kitchen features a breakfast table island in the
middle with large windows overlooking the porch and gardens beyond. |

The cottage has three bathrooms, two common area and one private
for the twin bedroom. |
